Tom is a key member of the Hills sales team, known for his organised, professional, and approachable manner. As Senior Sales Negotiator, he plays a vital role in guiding clients through every stage of the buying and selling process. His day-to-day responsibilities include taking photos, creating floor plans and listing the properties. Tom also conducts viewings, negotiates offers alongside Justin, and ensures clients are kept informed and supported throughout. Whether it's arranging valuations, providing feedback or marketing properties, he is always on hand and happy to help. Outside of work he enjoys going on hikes and trying his best to keep fit.
