Hills Estate Agents was founded in 1987 from our current location on Foregate Street. Since our inception, we have established ourselves as the market leader in property sales in the Worcester area. Over the years, Hills has become synonymous with sound local knowledge, extensive experience, and award-winning service for our clients.
Since 2008, Hills Estate Agents has been under the ownership of Azmat Riaz, who has a deep-rooted affinity for the city of Worcester and its surrounding areas. Since taking ownership, Azmat has focused on expanding our sales service, ensuring Hills continues to flourish.
In 2010, we underwent a brand refresh to become Hills Estate Agents, complemented by a contemporary refurbishment of our office space. This modernisation allowed us to adopt a tailored, forward-thinking approach while remaining true to the core values that have driven our success.
As our business has expanded, so has our dedicated team. Justin Poolton, our Sales Director and Property Auctioneer, joined in 2010 and has leveraged his 25 years of industry experience to elevate our sales operations.
In 2015 the auction department was established and the first auction was held.
In 2022, Hills Estate Agents received the Best Estate Agent’s Guide Gold Award, achieving an Exceptional rating and placing us in the top 3% of agents nationwide. Hills has featured in the guide every year since and was awarded Gold again in 2026.
In 2025, following the disposal of the lettings department, a further brand refresh was implemented, alongside Hills’ expansion into Kidderminster, Bewdley, and Stourport-on-Severn.
