With over 26 years of experience in estate agency 16 of those proudly spent with Hill, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and local expertise to his role. He specialises in property and land valuations, negotiating successful outcomes for clients, managing sales progression, and overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the Worcester branch. Justin is also proud to serve as Hills’ property auctioneer, consistently achieving market-leading results for clients choosing to sell through this method. Renowned for his approachable manner and commitment to delivering the best possible results, Justin has built lasting relationships with clients who value his honesty, integrity, and depth of market understanding. Outside of work, Justin is a dedicated family man. Most evenings and weekends are spent ferrying one of his three children to various clubs and activities or enjoying family camping trips. He’s also an enthusiastic Cub and Beaver leader and also takes part in an annual Christmas Santa sleigh a community event that raises funds for local causes and spreads festive cheer. Both roles give him the perfect excuse to swap his office chair for a campfire (or Santa’s sleigh!) and embrace his inner adventurer and child at heart.
