James has over 25 years of experience in property sales, marketing, and management, having built a diverse portfolio of expertise across Worcestershire and the West Midlands. A proud member of the National Association of Estate Agents, James has managed Residential Sales Departments in both Worcester and, more recently, Kidderminster for over 16 years. He is highly skilled in advising, valuing, and selling a wide range of properties from smaller suburban homes to large country residences. As an experienced manager with a proven track record in the property industry, James brings strong skills in negotiation, sales, marketing, and team leadership. His professional yet approachable manner ensures clients receive expert guidance and a smooth experience throughout their property journey. Outside of work, James is a keen sports enthusiast with a particular love for football, rugby, and cricket. While he may not play as often as he once did, he channels his passion into coaching a local village girls under-13 football team finding great enjoyment in helping them develop their skills and confidence in the game.
