Renting is an affordable option for not ready to purchase for themselves. We believe in an open and honest approach to letting. That’s why unlike many estate agents we don’t charge 6 monthly contract renewal fees.
The first step is to find a property which interests you, and we have a wide range of rental properties on offer in all shapes and sizes - you can use our search tool to find your perfect match.
Don't forget you can arrange viewings for a property from the page itself, or get in touch with our expert team at any time if you need any help or advice in choosing a property.
When you have found your ideal property and contacted us about your interest, we will request a one-off, upfront administration fee. This is to cover the cost of references, preparation of contracts and other administrative documents.
Once we have received your fee we will supply you with an application form to complete. The information from this form will be used to produce your contract and other paperwork needed ahead of the move.
If your application is successful, part of the paperwork we send to you will be your tenancy agreement. It’s important that you read this document carefully before signing. If you have any questions or concerns our team are always on hand to offer support and advice.
Once we have received and processed your paperwork we will require a deposit for the property, which is usually equal to one month’s rent. This security deposit will then be forwarded to the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).
And don't forget we don't charge 6 monthly contract renewal fees like many other estate agents.
As part of our open and honest service we strive to be up-front with our fees, so you know exactly what you will pay and when.
Our expert team is on hand to give help and advice throughout the process - simply get in touch with us or begin your search below.
