When you have made your Choice

When you have chosen the property you wish to rent we will ask you for an administration fee. You will then be given an application form to complete and produce documents to support your application. The administration fee will also cover the cost of carrying out references, preparing the contract and administration. WE DO NOT CHARGE CONTRACT RENEWAL FEES EVERY 6 MONTHS.

Tenancy Agreements

We will handle the paperwork and provide a tenancy agreement for you to sign - IT IS IMPORTANT that you read the document carefully and revert to us with anything that you do not understand or require clarification on. Any amendments or conditions that you may require will need approval from the Landlord, the agreement will outline the duration of the tenancy, the rent payable per calendar month, your responsibilities and rights, as well as the Landlord's responsibilities.

Moving in

Once the paperwork has been completed and your deposit (usually equivalent to 1 month’s rent) and first month's rent are paid, you will be able to move in. Your deposit will be forwarded to your Landlord unless we collect the rent in which case the deposit will be forwarded to The Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) whom we are members of.
